Gardening for the South

This 1868 edition returned to print a work that had long been unavailable. With the death of its original author, William White, in 1867, the incomplete manuscript was completed by J. Van Buren and Dr. James Camak. As did the first edition, this revised and enlarged effort presents lists of vegetable and fruit varieties as well as improved methods of cultivation that are particularly adapted to the soil and climate of the southern states.
