Laguna Beach

Everyone loves Laguna Beach; at least authors Foster J. Eubank and Gene Felder do, as well as everyone they know. It has long been an art colony, as indicated by city signs that read Home of the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters. The city's 23,000 residents work to protect its small-town atmosphere. Laguna Beach is now surrounded by 22,000 acres of protected natural open space that was originally part of Mexican land grants.
