Little Maid of Quebec

This twelfth book in the Little Maid series takes place in Canada during the American Revolution. The American invasion of 1775 and 1776, with its attempt to conquer Quebec, became a part of the history of the unconquerable Citadel; and Sally and Felice's courage and determination not to help the invaders became a story known to many children of the Province. Included on the book flaps is a charming paper doll of the book's heroine, Sally, complete with costume.
